Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If a cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window, a charge of 50% of the service fee will apply. Customers may reschedule their appointment without penalty, provided notification is given at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment. In the event of a no-show, the full service fee will be charged. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy are greatly appreciated.
